Description for Adler FR3 1” BALL VALVES WITH WELDING NIPPLES

3-piece full bore ball valve, cast or bar stock, construction according to EN 12516-2; ANSI B1.1; DIN 3202 M3; ASME B16.34 BW/SW; ISO 14313. With 100mm long welding nipples (standards). Available sizes from DN ¼” to DN 4” in carbon steel, stainless steel and special steels. Rating PN 20 ÷ 100. SW / BW / PE connections . “V” pack on the stem. SW/BW PE connections. On request: – with o'ring on the stem (patent n°00219688). – fire-safe execution according to ISO 10497 API 607 ​​– fire-safe execution according to BS6755 API 607/6FA (patent n°00219617). – according to PED directive 14/68/EU – according to ATEX directive 14/34/EU. – degreased according to ISO 23208 for oxygen use –  certified  in SIL 3 safety system.
