No dead pockets in the valve body.Internal diameter of valve and pipe cross section is identical.Problem-free reconstruction from manual to pneumatic operation and vice versa, possible at any time.Both manual and pneumatically controlled valves are equipped with PTFE shafts and closing springs.Problem-free integration in an in-line system.Valve shaft coming into contact with product is completely encased in PTFE.The pneumatically controlled PR2 sampling valves can be equipped with valve position feedback switch if requested.All stainless steel product contact parts are made of AISI 316L / DIN EN 1.4404 grade material.Can be supplied in the nominal diameters DN 25 - 100 and 1" - 4".In addition SPX FLOW offers PR2 sampling valves with steam connection for sterilization (PRD2).
