The main features are the reduced cycle time and the possibility of a second correction sequence after the check spin.Features
The balancing system is equipped with:
– Loading conveyor equipped with the part recognizing system;
– Unbalance measuring station;
– Stations for the correction and the control of the part unbalance. The correction is obtained by a milling machine with two controlled axes;
– Output conveyor for good and scrap parts;
– Automatic loader with three arms;
– Rotating type cutting tool storage able to easily handle the automatic changeover up to 10 different milling tool.
