Robust, easy-to-use and compact, PN 6515 waterproof thermometer is dedicated to temperature control of perishable food and can be used within expertise campaigns in food industry.

Two removable temperature probes are available with PN 6515, one for air and gas temperature measurements, the other for in depth measurements with penetration of the probe in frozen food for example.

PN 6515 thermometer is first intended to applications where waterproof, easy-to-clean or sanitize materials are required: spot controls of ambient temperature in climatic chambers such as shelves, cabinets trucks for frozen food; temperature measurements inside frozen food, chilled food or ice creams; temperature control of food, pharmaceuticals and others during baking, cooling or during the process.

Apart from these specific applications, PN 6515 is also suitable for standard use in repair, maintenance and regulation applications within heating, air-conditioning or energy activities.
