The driver of this off-highway vehicle always seems safe and secure. Who wouldn’t feel in charge behind the wheel of 25-ton vehicle? Kendrion was able to make it a bit safer by adding a pivot solenoid actuator with 3mm of stroke and a response time of 3 milliseconds. This was designed to fit into a seatbelt pretensioner inside of our partner’s existing assembly. The main purpose was to keep drivers of these large vehicles in their seat when taking on uneven terrain. Through Kendrion’s help, we made them more secure behind the wheel.
