The SFX8-1000 and SFX5-1000 are a mobile, and economical fault locating systems, specially suited for the fault location in low voltage but also in medium voltage systems, for lighting system, pilot cables and for deep well pump cables.

With its voltages levels of 8 kV and 5 kV respectively the systems are perfectly suited for the lower voltage applications. The available surge energy of 1000 Joule covers all requirements.

The SFX5-1000 is based on the SPG5-1000 surge generator.

The modular construction, mounted on a trolley permits the use and transport a complete system but also allows the separation and transport in smaller components.
